Once you choose Summit Rose as your laundry and cleaning company we will visit your property or properties if you have multiple units. We will then document the number or linens and supplies that would be needed for each of your properties. We will also be able to estimate the labor hours needed to clean your properties. Once this initial assessment is complete we will be ready to start serving you.
The owner or manager will give us the times that the property will be occupied, or vacant, or when the next guest will arrive. We will then schedule our employees to get the property ready for the next guest. We may have the property cleaned immediately if we have availability or the property may be cleaned the day before your next guest arrives if our schedule is tight. This is why it is so important to let us know when the next guest is going to arrive.
If we are doing a full-service cleaning, we usually start by gathering the dirty linens. We then make the bed with clean linens and make sure that the bed is presentation ready. We dust the property and sanitize surfaces including the toilet and shower. We then restock supplies and unload the dishwasher and organize the dishes. If the appliances such as the oven or microwave are dirty, we clean them next. Finally, we vacuum or mop our way out of the property to ensure we don’t leave any footprints.
If your property is not a part of a larger complex, we will take your trash to our downtown Silverthorne Location and throw it away in our company owned dumpster. Your laundry is then staged for transport from our Silverthorne location to our commercial laundry facility, which is 30 minutes north of town.
The linens are then taken to our Silverthorne supply warehouse and staged to be taken to our laundry facility in Kremmling. The linens are loaded into one of our box trucks and taken to the commercial laundry facility to start the next step.
All of your laundry is weighed, hand sorted by type, individually inspected, and treated for stains. We are then able to wash your linens using the appropriate cycle to reduce damage caused by over washing. The linens are then dried and pressed using our commercial ironer which will automatically press, fold, and stack flat sheets and pillowcases. Fitted sheets and privately-owned non-commercial grade linens are hand folded to avoid damage.
We then deliver the clean laundry back to our downtown Silverthorne location where our workers store your laundry until the next time we clean your property. If you are a laundry only customer the laundry process remains the same as listed above, but instead of storing your laundry we will be delivering it right back to your preferred location.
