It would be easy to charge every customer of ours the same flat rate, but we have never felt that this approach is fair to you. Every property is unique and for that reason we price our services according to your needs.

When determining the price of our services we take into account volume, grouping, and contract details just to name a few.  

Volume – Single stand-alone properties with a limited number of rooms and linens typically cost more per square foot to clean compared to complexes that have a significant number of rooms and linens to be cleaned.

 Grouping – The cost to clean 50 units isn’t always the same. If the 50 units are located in the same building the price is typically rock bottom, but if the 50 units are scattered between Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper, the price will be higher. 

Contracts – If we are cleaning a property for the first time and only once, the price is typically the highest. If we are contracted to clean your properties for the next 3 years or more, the price is considerably lower.
